We accept Paypal and all mayor credit cards. You will receive the order detail via e-mail after you place the order. We will process the online order after we receive all the information.
SHIPPING AND OUT OF STOCK POLICY
We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues.
We ship worldwide via USPS from Washington, DC. It takes 12-15 business days for packages to be delivered to local post office. We provide a tracking number for follow up on delivery.
If an item is a gift and you would like it shipped directly to the recipient, please provide us with the address and any special message you would like to include on a gift card. Payment of any customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs forms will be marked in accordance with United States Customs laws. We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors, lost packages, or international customs issues. Refusing to pay duties will not return your order to Fournier and no refunds will be issued. Please be familiar with the duties your country levies on imports, we have no control over those amounts and will not be held liable.
Sales tax is charged to customers who are Florida or Virginia State residents.
Returns are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only. Returns must be made within 10 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. We do not refund shipping charges. Please keep in mind that all shipping cost to Washington, DC is on customers. We do not accept returns after 10 days from receipt of purchase. Please send us back your purchase with a copy of invoice or receipt. Damage/defect claims must be made within 5 business days of package arrival. Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Once we have received your return we will process store credit within 5 business days for credit to be used in the next 30 days. We suggest you send it via a trackable way.
Sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on discounted merchandise.
