We accept Paypal as form of payment. You will receive the order detail via e-mail after you place the order. We will process the online order after we receive all the information.
SHIPPING AND OUT OF STOCK POLICY
We ship via USPS in the United States. We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form. The Client must verify the completeness and conformity of the information it provides to Fournier, which cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to the carriers (including in particular in the event of a total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications).
Contact us if you would like your Fournier product to be shipped outside the United States.
Sales tax is charged to customers who are Virginia State residents.
Returns are accepted for store credit or equal merchandise only. Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt date and they must be pre-authorized by phone or email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. We do not refund shipping charges. Please keep in mind that all shipping cost to Fairfax, VA is on customers. Once we have received your return we will process store credit within 5 business days for credit to be used in the next 30 days. We suggest you send it via a trackable way.
